Voice Concierge

Voice concierge will greet and provide timely feedback to people that request access to your property. OneRingr will inform the visitor to patiently wait for the access request to be answered. In the event the call is not picked up, it will provide additional options. Quick and timely feedback takes the second guess away and just more welcoming.

Ring Group

Ring Group enables the property phone entry system to simultaneously call multiple numbers. Whoever is available will then have the ability to receive the call and grant access to your property. The more people that gets notified, the quicker the response and less likely to miss an access request.

Passcode 

If the property entry request is left unanswered, a person may enter a passcode to grant themselves access. We suggest that this passcode be used only for those that live on the property. 

Local Number

A local number that matches up to your property's intercom area code will be assigned. This is for those that out-of-town number, no need to get a new number and tell your friends and family. 

Self Manage

Once you have registered your OneRingr number to your property's phone entry system you do not need to contact property management anymore. You can do all the updates through the settings section of your account.

Spam filter

No unwanted calls for anyone in your ring group. You will only receive calls from those that needs access to your property.
